The Berezovsky City Court of the Sverdlovsk Region dismissed in its entirety the claim for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation against the editorial board of the local newspaper Zolotaya Gorka. The plaintiffs were three owners of a failing building who had been mentioned without names in a 2019 report from a press conference by the head of the city. A similar lawsuit was filed against the newspaper Berezovsky Rabochiy.
