The acting head of the state institution Infrakos accused journalist Zibash Abdieva of insulting through the media. The reason was Abdiyeva’s satirical article «A Scandalous Chief is a Trouble for the Collective» (translated from the Kazakh language). Having studied all the circumstances of the case, the judge concluded that there were no insults in the article, and the guilty verdict could not be made on the basis of the plaintiff’s assumptions.
