Victor Ionesii, the employee of the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Russia, about whom the Ziarul de Gardă online news outlet wrote that he was targeted in a letter addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, sent a preliminary request to the Ziarul de Gardă regarding the defense of honor, dignity and professional reputation.
