In front of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University, where a protest by parents of military servicemen was taking place, a high-ranking representative of the Ministry of Defense, who refused to introduce himself, forbade the assembled media personnel to take video footage. The military official did not address the police officers present, but decided to resolve the issue himself: he approached the cameraman with obvious aggression, insulted him, and tried to hit him, but the strike hit the video camera.
