Radio Azattyq reporter Zhanagul Zhursin, who covered the rallies in Aktobe, was followed by two men in plain clothes. They obstructed the filming of arrests of protesters and blocked the camera. They did not answer questions: «Who are you? What are you doing?». The reporter asked the police several times to intervene in the situation; after repeated appeals, the police took the two men away.
