The Central Election Commission members of the 11th precinct in Mtskheta didn't allow OC Media's reporter Zeynab Isgandarova to film inside the precinct for more than 10 minutes. She explained that journalists have a right to film from one location, but it has been said to her that she had to have tripod for this despite no such regulation being described in law.
