The Tsentralny District Court of Minsk declared the information products of the portals TUT.BY and Zerkalo.io (as well as their accounts in Telegram, Viber, Twitter, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, and TikTok) extremist materials. Reposting information from these resources is considered administrative liability under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (distribution of information products included in the national list of extremist materials).
