ZIKSTO JSC, engaged in the manufacture and supply of products and spare parts for the railways, appealed to the chief editor of the online media Liter.kz with a pre-trial claim. The reason was the article by Zaure Zhumalieva «20 billion of pension money „was lost” at the carriage plant in Petropavlovsk», published on the website. The joint-stock company believes that the journalist disseminated inaccurate information defaming the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the joint-stock company and its former head, and demands to refute it, as well as to compensate «material and moral damage in the amount of KZT 57 billion 400,000».
