On March 4, the website of the Samara-based independent news agency Zasekin became inaccessible to users from Russia. The editorial office received a message from Roskomnadzor about the blocking, which stated that the reason was a comment by human rights activist Lyudmila Kuzmina (recognised as a media «foreign agent») about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces on the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, the Roskomnadzor website said that the resource was blocked at the demand of the Prosecutor General's Office on February 24.
