A criminal case on justification of terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) has been initiated against journalist and activist Zalina Marshenkulova. The reason for the prosecution were the posts about the bombing of Z-blogger Vladlen Tatarsky. On April 11, it became known that investigators conducted a search in Marshenkulova’s case. It is unknown at what address the investigative actions took place, but later, the Perovo District Court of Moscow registered a petition asking to recognise the search as lawful.
