Zakhar Sarapulov, formerly head of Navalny's regional headquarters, was detained on December 28, 2021. His apartment was searched. Sarapulov was charged with Part 3 of Article 239 (participation in the activities of a non-profit organisation infringing on the personality and rights of citizens) and Article 282.1 (organisation of an extremist community) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The court released Sarapulov under a ban on certain actions: he cannot use the Internet, communicate with anyone without the permission of the investigator, and attend public events.
