Magistrate Court in Moscow fined journalist Yury Dud RUB 120,000 in the case of gay propaganda on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Dud was fined because of an interview with the author of performances and openly gay Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich.
