The Investigative Committee said that it had handed over the criminal case of «analyst of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya» to the prosecutor to be sent to court. Among the defendants are journalists Yury Drakakhrust and Hanna Liubakova. They are accused under a number of articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus: Part 6 of Article 16 and Part 3 of Article 130 (incitement of social hatred and discord on the grounds of other social affiliation, committed by a group of persons); Part 1 of Article 357 (incitement of social hatred and discord on the grounds of other social affiliation, committed by a group of persons); Part 3 of Article 361-1 (leadership of an extremist formation, participation in an extremist formation); Part 6 of Article 16, and Part 3 of Article 361.
