The Tsentralny District Court of Sochi found the blogger guilty under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (participation in a rally that obstructed traffic) and fined him RUB 15,000 for his participation in a rally in support of Alexey Navalny in January. The case was considered again — in January, the same court acquitted Borodin.
