On 28 April, the Alushta City Court considered a protocol under Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code concerning the dissemination of false information in relation to eco-blogger Yuri Ozarovsky, who had published a video no later than 25 April about Alushta’s fuel-oil-polluted beaches. The City Court referred the case to a magistrates’ court, which refused to transfer the case to his place of residence and fined Ozarovsky 15,000 roubles (€153).
