The Specialized Children's and Youth Olympic Reserve School №9 filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation with the civil court of the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty. The defendants are Yuri Mizinov, editor-in-chief of the Internet newspaper Zonakz.net, and the editorial board itself. The reason was the program aired by the online media, in which the speakers criticized the school. During the consideration of the case on the merits, the plaintiff filed a petition to leave the statement of claim without consideration.
