Aviation security officers prevented Moscow City Duma deputy Sergey Mitrokhin from transporting to Moscow samples of water and soil taken by Novaya Gazeta correspondents after an accident at one of Nornickel's enterprises. The journalists were going to send the samples to an independent laboratory. Special correspondent Elena Kostyuchenko and photo correspondent Yuri Kozyrev were repeatedly detained and followed in Taimyr.
