The State Bureau of Investigation opened a criminal case over the publication of a video of a shooting from a howitzer by the editor of Censor.net Yuri Butusov on a social network. The circumstances of the publication and filming of the video will be investigated under Article 414 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the rules of handling weapons) and Article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (planning, preparation, unleashing, and waging a war of aggression). The journalist explained that the video was shot at a military exercise. The close attention to the video arose as a result of the recent verbal altercation between Yuri and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at the press conference on November 26.
