A court in Nur-Sultan prohibited the media to conduct audio, photo, and video recording of the trial in the criminal case against N. Nazarbayev's nephew Kairat Satybaldy and others on the theft of funds of Kazakhtelecom JSC and Transport Service Center JSC. The defense side opposed the recording of the trial by journalists. The court granted the petition.
