The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has fined the former journalist of The Bell Yulia Starostina RUB 50,000 under the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was her interview with TV Rain, in which she said, among other things, that she was experiencing the war with Ukraine and felt responsible for what was happening.
