The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the lawsuit for the protection of honor and dignity filed by former Moscow State University school teacher Sergey Sergeev against journalist Yuliya Lukyanova and the media Proekt. Sergeev demanded that the material, which told of many years of harassment on his part to students at the school, be removed and that he be paid RUB 1.5 million as compensation for moral damage. After the text was published, Sergeev was fired from the school.
