The founder of the cultural and educational institution «Press Club» was charged under Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (tax evasion on a large scale). As part of the criminal case, the arrest was extended to 2 months. Yulia Slutskaya remains in custody till February 23. In the morning of December 31, the Partizansky District Court of Minsk was considering Slutskaya's defence complaint against her detention. The court considered the complaint and refused to satisfy it.
