Efforts were made to seize the property of Press Club Belarus founder, Yulia Slutskaya, who has been in custody since 22 December on tax evasion charges. According to her daughter, she was called to her mother’s apartment and given a notice, stating that the property was to be seized. “However, during the inspection, no valuable items were found in the apartment. Nothing was seized” she noted.
