Police detained Kommersant journalist Bozhena Ivanova along with RusNews reporters Yulia Petrova and Konstantin Zharov outside the State Duma in Moscow. The three were covering a one-person protest against censorship, held on the same day lawmakers passed a bill introducing fines for certain internet searches. The protester, political strategist Dmitry Kisyev, was also taken into custody.
