Despite having the proper accreditation, many journalists from independent media outlets were not allowed to enter the courtroom during the trial against Belsat TV channel journalists Daria Chultsova and Katerina Andreeva. Representatives of the court argued that this was due to sanitary concerns and seating arrangements. People who were leaving the hall noted that there were a number of empty seats. About 50 people were left outside the courtroom.
