The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) summoned blogger Yulia Barabina for interrogation. It was reported that she was allegedly suspected of distributing provocative materials on Facebook. The State Committee for National Security itself did not provide any comments on this matter. But later, the blogger said that she was being held in a case registered under Article 313 (Incitement to racial, ethnic, national, religious or interregional enmity (hatred)) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
