The Tsentralny District Court of Minsk declared the YouTube channel TOK|TALK (identifier youtube.com/@TOK_talk) an «extremist information product». It is a video channel, which hosts interviews with famous Belarusians and has 38.8 thousand subscribers. The Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus added the Internet resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials on the basis of the court decision. According to the Belarusian law, distribution and storage of materials declared extremist materials provides for administrative liability for both publishers and users.
