Yekaterinburg journalist and author of the YouTube channel "Prekrasnaya Rossiya" (Beautiful Russia), Yevgeny Anisimov, has been detained in a criminal case on charges of inciting hatred online (Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code). “The grounds for initiating the criminal case may have been Anisimov’s repeated insulting statements directed at law enforcement officers and natives of Central Asian countries,” a Kommersant source said. A search was carried out at the offices of "Prekrasnaya Rossiya". Law enforcement officers seized computers and data storage devices.
