The Berezovsky District Court of the Brest Region has recognised the YouTube channel "Nastoyashaya Belarus" (Real Belarus) of Vitebsk blogger Yelena Yanushkovskaya (identifier youtube.com/@RealBelarus) as extremist information material. On the basis of the court ruling, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and possession of materials deemed extremist carry administrative liability for both publishers and users.
