Tverskoy District Court of Moscow received a case against the Ukrainian journalist Yevgeny Kiselyov for failure to fulfill the duties of a «foreign agent» (Article 19.7.5-4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The court will consider the case on December 8. Kiselyov faces a fine of RUB 10,000-30000.
