Vologda-based activist and blogger Yevgeny Domozhirov left Russia. He explained that he made such a decision due to pressure from the security forces and the authorities. According to the activist, he had four reports drawn up under the article on discrediting the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation), and one more under the second part of the same article — on calls to uncoordinated actions aimed at discrediting the army. The administrative cases were initiated in part because of the streams on his YouTube channel, during which he spoke out against the war in Ukraine. Domozhirov was also charged with organizing an unauthorized rally (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) due to his post calling for anti-war actions.
