In Krasnoyarsk, the court imposed 3 years of correctional labour on NGS journalist Yevgenia Shelkovnikova under the article on the use of violence against a representative of the authorities. On the first day of partial mobilisation, September 22, 2022, in the lobby of the military enlistment centre of the Sovetsky and Tsentralny districts, the film crew of NGS24.RU was recording the comments of visitors when a man in camouflage, military commissar Viktor Nechiporenko, came out into the hall and demanded that journalist Yevgenia Shelkovnikova go with him behind the turnstile. The journalist reported that Nechiporenko applied physical pressure to her — he beat her on the hands, as a result of which her phone, on which she was filming the events, fell out.
