Roskomnadzor drew up a report on the absence of the «foreign agent» labelling (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) in the publications of Yevgenia Albats, editor-in-chief of The New Times magazine. The material was received by the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow on July 11. It is not known what exactly was the reason for the report. On August 4, 2023, the court imposed an administrative fine on Albats.
