On 26 September, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction partially upheld a claim filed on 6 June 2024 by National Assembly deputy Hrachya Hakobyan against the founder of the news website Yerkir.am, ordering the defendant to publish a retraction and to pay 100,000 drams (over $250) in damages for defamation, as well as a further 23,000 drams (around $60) in court fees.
