On July 21, the court passed a verdict partially satisfying the lawsuit of the former Minister of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia (now Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia) Suren Papikyan against the founder of the news website Yerevan.today Media Plus LLC, obliging the defendant to refute the information considered libel and reimburse the court expenses, including AMD 200,000 for the payment of the plaintiff’s lawyer.
