Yelizaveta Osetinskaya deleted from her YouTube channel excerpts of an interview with Olga Romanova, head of the Russia Behind Bars Foundation, which referred to two private military companies owned by Oleg Deripaska. The businessman withdrew his lawsuit against Osetinskaya for the protection of honour, dignity, and business reputation. Initially, Deripaska demanded that the entire video interview be deleted with a payment of RUB 10,000 for each day of non-compliance with the court order. Osetinskaya stated that the interview had already received «decent coverage» and she was ready to «sacrifice a fragment of ten seconds». The second defendant in the lawsuit is Romanova — the claims against her have not been dropped, but, on the contrary, expanded.
