Uruzmag Dzabiyev, the investigator of the Yessentuki Department of the Investigative Committee, demanded from the newspaper Otkrytaya. Dlya Vsekh I Kazhdogo working documents concerning their former journalist Yelena Suslova. Dzabiyev has several reports on crimes under Article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the inviolability of private life). When meeting her in person, the investigator told the journalist that there were «three episodes» on her. Suslova was complained about by employees of Energoresursy JSC because of Suslova’s article on Yandex.Zen. Suslova told about expensive corporate parties in the company which filed seven bankruptcy petitions with the arbitration court. The denunciations were accompanied by screenshots with fragments of Suslova’s article with photos, in which their authors participated in undressing together with invited strippers.
