On the morning of January 29, police officers came to the flat of journalist Yelena Solovyova in Syktyvkar. Nikolay Vokuyev, Yelena’s husband, was taken to the police station to testify about his participation in the protest actions on January 23. Later, the Syktyvkar City Court fined the journalist RUB 10,000 as a participant of an unauthorised action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). On April 7, the Komi Supreme Court closed the administrative case against Solovyova and cancelled the fine.
