On March 11, Yalta City Court fined local activist and video blogger Yelena Gukova RUB 30,000. She was found guilty of discrediting the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) because of the video on YouTube. On May 11, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea approved this decision.
