The police detained Denis Kamalyagin, the editor-in-chief of Pskovskaya Gubernia, in a square in the center of Pskov. Several people were standing there, the police came up to check their documents and said that there was reason to believe that an unauthorized rally was taking place in the square. Together with Kamalyagin, the journalists of Pskovskaya Gubernia — Vladimir Kapustinsky, Maksim Bartulev, Stepan Baranov, and Yekaterina Novikova — were detained.
