Matveyeva was detained and handcuffed. According to her husband, at the police station, she was beaten and stripped down to her underwear. Two administrative reports were drawn up against her under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism). On March 23, the court found no corpus delicti in her actions. Earlier, on March 11, the court refused to recognise her as committing petty hooliganism under the first report.
