The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow has fined Yekaterina Kotrikadze, head of the information service and host of TV Rain, RUB 40,000. The case file states that Kotrikadze was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (carrying out the activities of a «foreign agent» by a person who is not included in the register of the Ministry of Justice). At the same time, Kotrikazde is present in the register of «foreign agents» — the Ministry of Justice included her there in October 2022.
