On December 13, the Rostov regional court ruled that the fine imposed on the editor-in-chief of the district newspaper Avangard Yekaterina Kopanenko for mentioning the Anti-Corruption Foundation without noting that it was an NGO foreign agent (Part 2.1 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) was lawful. Kopanenko was fined RUB 4,000 on October 18, the decision was made by the Oblivsky District Court of Rostov region.
