The Central District Court of Khabarovsk arrested Biyak for two days for allegedly participating in an unsanctioned protest that disrupted traffic. Journalist was detained on 12 November along with her colleague Boris Zhirnov. She was left overnight in the police station and fined 10,000 rubles for the same administrative article. Then she was detained again and new protocol was drawn up on her.
