The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Yegor Bakhvalov, the editor-in-chief of the online media Voice of Regions, RUB 4,000 for mentioning Vladimir Osechkin, founder of the Gulagu.net project, without indicating his «foreign agent» status. The journalist was found guilty of disseminating information about «foreign agents» in the mass media without indicating their status (Part 2.1 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
