Mamatkarim Koichukulov, the former director of the Osh boarding house, hit journalist Ydyrys Isakov. According to the victim, he was filming as part of an investigation into property that the former director had privatised. Isakov posted the video of the attack on his Facebook page. The police have launched an investigation into the attack.
