Independent journalist Ydyrys Isakov was summoned for questioning by the police. Isakov had already been questioned by police on February 5 over a TikTok video about president Sadyr Japarov. According to the police, a user under the nickname Albert published a video «Kyrgyz, wake up, the Uyghur mafia is robbing Kyrgyzstan», which allegedly contained Isakov’s speech.
