A magistrate from Judicial District No. 374 in Moscow fined Yaroslav Rasputin, a correspondent for Just Got Lucky queer media and staff member of the Parni+ project, 200,000 rubles (€2,030) under a protocol for alleged “LGBT propaganda.” The charges stemmed from a March 31 post on Rasputin’s Telegram channel marking Transgender Day of Visibility. The Ministry of Justice labeled Rasputin a “foreign agent” in September 2024, and in April 2025, he received additional fines for posts about Bisexuality Day and for sharing a study on tolerance.
