The security forces detained the journalist while she was covering the protest rally. She was taken to the District Department of Internal Affairs and accused of participating in unauthorised event (Art. 23.34 of the Administrative Code). She was arrested awaiting the trial. On 30 November, the court, based on the police protocol, found Trusilo guilty and arrested for 13 days.
