The journalist was summoned for interrogation to the Investigative Committee as a witness in a criminal case for «organization and preparation of actions grossly violating public order». The case concerns the mass protests against the results of the presidential election and the violence of security officials that have been taking place in Grodno since August 9. After the interrogation, the journalist was forced to sign an undertaking not to disclose information about the investigation.
